NTC Logistics begins operating independently in Nikšić. We lay the foundations of a company dedicated to logistics and lasting partnerships.

Our story as an independent logistics, distribution and 3PL company begins with our separation from NTC d.o.o. Nikšić. Nikšić remains the starting point from which we develop our business.

Our direction is shaped by clients’ needs: how to organise goods, connect the stages of delivery and make everyday work easier. These questions continue to guide our growth.

Courier service launched

By launching our courier service, we connect our clients’ businesses with everyday parcel delivery.

Door-to-door delivery becomes an important chapter in our development. Alongside moving goods between business locations, we focus on the final part of their journey — reaching the recipient.

This step connects the work of the people who collect, prepare and deliver parcels. Their coordination and communication with clients form the basis of everyday courier operations.

Our first logistics warehouse

Our first logistics warehouse becomes the foundation for developing warehousing services and connecting warehouse operations with distribution.

The warehouse is a key link between receiving goods and their next delivery. Storage, order preparation and dispatch come together here as connected parts of the same process.

This milestone opens the way for further expansion of our storage capacity. Our partners’ need for space and organised goods becomes a focus of our next investments.

Expanding our fleet and network

Business growth brings an expansion of our fleet and distribution network. We strengthen the links between our logistics centre, partners and their locations.

Our network develops to meet the need for goods to reach different destinations, from business premises to end recipients. Our fleet is vital to making these connections every day.

Every journey relies on teamwork: preparing goods, arranging collection and coordinating delivery. Investing in vehicles supports the people doing this work on the road.

A new warehouse and recognition

By building a new warehouse, we create room to expand storage capacity and improve logistics processes. In the same year, Ranko Jovović receives the Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Expansion nearing completion

We are bringing the expansion of our logistics complex to completion. The next chapter of our development brings more space for people, goods and new business.

The expansion builds on the new warehouse constructed in 2025. We continue developing the complex so that its space meets the needs of warehouse operations and our teams’ daily work.

As we complete construction, we remain focused on the reasons for our investment: better organisation of goods and support for our partners’ businesses. Completing the expansion will be the next step in that story.
