General notes
- Imported shipments are subject to a customs inspection handling charge of €1 including VAT.
- For bulky, lightweight shipments, the chargeable weight is calculated as 1 m³ = 250 kg.
- Transport for shipments over 1,800 kg is arranged individually.
- Documents are returned free of charge, twice a week.
- Labour requested by the client is charged at €15.00 per person for each hour started.
- Insurance for shipments valued above €1,000.00, at the client’s request, is charged at an additional 0.1% of the shipment value.
- The price includes two delivery attempts.
Service billing
- Services provided in the previous month are billed by the 5th of the following month.
- Prices exclude VAT (21%).
- Payment is due within 15 days.
